Pinerium is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and technology-driven Zoho Support Specialist Intern to support customer assistance, issue resolution, system support, and user success activities across the Zoho ecosystem.
This internship is designed for candidates interested in SaaS applications, CRM systems, customer support, troubleshooting, and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Zoho Support Specialists, Consultants, Developers, and Implementation Teams to gain hands-on experience in customer support operations, issue management, system troubleshooting, user guidance, and service delivery.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, analytical, organized, and passionate about helping customers maximize the value of business technology solutions while building a career in customer support and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Service Assistance
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and support requests.
- Support users with basic Zoho application questions and system navigation.
- Help track, categorize, and prioritize support tickets.
- Assist in following up with customers regarding reported issues.
- Support customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting Support
- Assist in diagnosing and documenting system issues reported by customers.
- Support troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist in testing fixes and validating issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Zoho System Support
- Support configuration reviews and basic system administration activities.
- Assist users with workflows, reports, dashboards, and application usage.
- Help maintain system records, user permissions, and support documentation.
- Support onboarding activities for new users and customers.
- Learn Zoho product functionality and best practices.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Assist in preparing user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain support records and ticket documentation.
- Help document recurring issues and recommended solutions.
- Support reporting and service performance tracking activities.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
Learning & Professional Development
- Participate in Zoho product training and customer support learning sessions.
- Learn SaaS support methodologies, troubleshooting processes, and customer success practices.
- Stay updated with Zoho product enhancements and platform updates.
- Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in SaaS applications, CRM systems, customer support, and business technology solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Basic understanding of software applications, databases, or business systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Zoho applications, CRM systems, or helpdesk platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non-smoker (all types).
