A leading FMCG distribution company is seeking to hire a Retail Sales Manager to lead and expand its retail market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing retail accounts and distribution channels.
• Open and develop new retail markets (supermarkets, grocery stores, and mini chains).
• Build and maintain a strong and active customer network.
• Develop and implement geographic expansion plans.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG retail sales.
• Proven track record in opening new markets.
• Strong relationships within the retail sector are a plus.
• Field-oriented leadership personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Preferably owns a means of transportation.
