Job Description
- Manage and grow online sales channels across Talabat Mart, Jumia, Noon, Amazon, Breadfast, the company website, and social media platforms (catalog setup, pricing, listings, stock availability, promotions, and order flow).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales administration, supporting the sales team with order processing and client communications.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, databases, and documentation to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with company standards, including online platform sales reports and SKU-level tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders across all channels.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork in alignment with company procedures and marketplace requirements.
- Monitor and track order status across all channels, proactively addressing any issues or delays to maintain high customer satisfaction and strong platform ratings/SLAs.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review, including weekly/monthly performance by platform.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email/phone and online channel messaging, providing product information, pricing, and order updates as needed.
- Support the sales team in organizing meetings and presentations to foster client relationships and support key online account growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches, including digital campaigns and marketplace promotions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency, including automation and workflow improvements for online sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in sales administration, e-commerce operations, or marketplace account management (FMCG/retail/consumer products is a plus).
- Hands-on experience managing online sales channels such as Talabat Mart, Noon, Amazon, Jumia, Breadfast, and/or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of order management workflows, fulfillment coordination, customer support flows, and marketplace SLA/rating requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, pricing, and SKU-level tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; experience with e-commerce tools (product listing, inventory, reporting dashboards) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, platform account teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively (order delays, cancellations, listing issues, stock mismatches).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus (or additional languages are a plus)
