Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Rekaz Developments’ property offerings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries regarding available properties and services.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, preferences, and investment goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for interested clients with sales consultants or arrange property viewings.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and client engagement.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
