Job Description
Overview: As our Sales Director, you will be the architect of our sales strategy, spearheading initiatives that not only meet but exceed ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations and Management to ensure seamless execution and optimal business performance.

Requirements
- Exceptional Sales Acumen: A proven track record of consistently exceeding Sales Targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated experience in Management, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Team Leadership Excellence: At least 8-15 years of progressive experience in Sales and Operations/Management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership capacity, successfully leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Operational Mastery: Strong understanding of operations and management principles, enabling seamless integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Market & Business Insight: Proficient in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiation & Relationship Building: Superior skills in Negotiation and Client Relationship Management.
- Location: Must be able to work On-site in Giza, Egypt.
