Requirements
- A Proven Track Record: Possess 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or a similar technical sales role, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Engineering Foundation: Solid understanding and application of Engineering Principles, with a strong preference for a background in Civil Engineering or Architectural engineering.
- Sales Prowess: Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including Sales Target Achievement, Technical Sales, and adept Client Relationship Management.
- Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional Presentation Skills, strong Negotiation abilities, and outstanding verbal and written Communication.
- Industry Insight: In-depth Construction Industry Knowledge and the ability to conduct effective Market Analysis.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in utilizing CRM Software for managing sales processes and client interactions.
