Job Description

• Lead the design and development of real estate projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to translate client needs into innovative project designs and technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, project plans, and design documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential design or engineering challenges.
• Support the sales process by providing technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality or design intent.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and construction technologies relevant to real estate development.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and milestones for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in real estate project design, development, or sales engineering.
• Proven track record of managing multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed.
