Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage a team to meet productivity, quality, and performance goals.
 Provide training, coaching, and continuous development to team members.
 Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular feedback.
 Plan and delegate daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
 Support management in developing strategies to improve team efficiency.
 Handle escalations and resolve operational or personnel issues promptly.
 Prepare and present performance reports to BDM.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management
 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role “Not Retail”.
 Must have at least two-year experience in F&B
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
