• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and academic teams to align social media activities with overall school objectives.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social channels, fostering a positive and interactive community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
• Coordinate and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and visibility.
• Support the planning and promotion of school events, initiatives, and achievements through digital channels.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media communications.
• Identify opportunities for growth and engagement by researching competitor activity and audience preferences.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an educational or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing social media metrics and generating actionable insights.
