Responsibilities

– Clinical Training & Education

• Develop and deliver structured training programs for surgeons and hospital staff
• Create and continuously improve training materials (presentations, manuals, SOPs, videos)
• Support on-site clinical training, including system installation and first cases
• Ensure training content aligns with clinical best practices and product positioning

– Clinical Support & Adoption

• Partner with sales team to support product demonstrations and early-stage adoption
• Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons (KOLs)
• Support clinical workshops, congresses, and education events

– Content Development

• Establish standardized training curriculum and certification pathway
• Localize and adapt training materials for different markets
• Collaborate with global teams on training strategy and content alignment

Requirements

– Education：Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical, Clinical, or related field

– Experience：Experience in surgical robotics or advanced medical devices

– Proven experience in clinical training, application support, or surgeon education

– Experience in developing structured training materials and programs

Skills

– Strong understanding of OR workflows and minimally invasive surgery

– Excellent presentation and communication skills

– Ability to translate clinical knowledge into clear and structured training content

Language

– Fluent English required

– Additional European languages are a plus
