Four roles. One standard of excellence. We’re hiring across the full SEO spectrum. Whether you lead strategy or go deep on technical execution, there’s a seat here for you.

Technical SEO Lead – SENIOR / LEAD 

Own the technical direction across multiple client accounts. You set the strategy, guide the team, and hold the bar for technical quality. You’ve seen crawl budgets wasted, index bloat in the thousands, JavaScript rendering issues that have baffled devs for months — and you know exactly how to fix all of it. 

● Lead technical SEO strategy across a portfolio of agency client accounts 
● Conduct deep-dive audits: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, JS rendering 
● Define and enforce quality standards for all technical deliverables 
● Mentor mid-level specialists and review their outputs 
● Stay ahead of algorithm changes, AI search developments, and evolving best practices

Technical SEO Specialist – MID / SENIOR 

Deep technical execution is your zone. You’re comfortable in server logs, Search Console, Screaming Frog, and the browser DevTools. You implement structured data, diagnose crawl issues, interpret Core Web Vitals data, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations. 

● Full technical SEO audits across diverse CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom) 
● Structured data implementation and validation (JSON-LD, Schema.org) 
● Log file analysis to identify crawl patterns and budget waste 
● Core Web Vitals diagnosis and remediation recommendations 
● JavaScript SEO assessment — identify rendering and indexing gaps

SEO Manager – MID / SENIOR 

Strategy meets execution. You manage SEO campaigns, communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, oversee keyword research and content strategies, and keep multiple projects on track. You understand both the technical and content sides of SEO well enough to direct both. 

● Manage end-to-end SEO campaigns across multiple accounts 
● Keyword research, content gap analysis, and content strategy direction 
● Monthly reporting — rankings, traffic trends, KPIs, and actionable next steps 
● Coordinate with technical specialists and content teams 
● Competitive analysis and share-of-voice tracking

On-Page SEO Specialist – MID / SENIOR 

You live in the nuance of content structure, keyword mapping, and on-page signals. Title tags, H-tag hierarchies, E-E-A-T signals, featured snippet targeting, internal linking architecture, semantic context — you understand how all of these connect to create rankings and visibility. 

● On-page SEO audits and optimization across client sites 
● Keyword mapping to page types, buyer journey stages, and search intent 
● Title tag and meta description optimization’s at scale 
● Content brief creation aligned to SERP intent and topical authority 
● Featured snippet and PAA targeting, structured content formatting

Requirements

Requirements across all roles

✓ Proven, hands-on SEO experience — we hire practitioners, not theorists 
✓ Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, async-first environment 
✓ Strong written communication — you can translate technical findings into clear, client-ready language 
✓ Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one major SEO platform (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog) 
✓ Up-to-date understanding of Google’s evolving algorithms, AI Overviews, and the generative search landscape 
✓ A portfolio, case study, or work sample demonstrating real-world impact — rankings moved, traffic grown, technical problems solved 
✓ Reliability and accountability — deadlines matter, clients depend on us 
✓ A growth mindset — SEO is changing faster than ever and we need people who lean into that
