🔹 Job Description

• Plan and coordinate shipping schedules with exporters in line with production plans
• Communicate with exporters to resolve shipping-related issues
• Follow up on shipments and coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate arrival times
• Prepare and submit all required shipping documents for cargo release
• Handle customs clearance processes for imported and exported goods
• Ensure customs clearance KPIs are met
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

🔹 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Automotive industry background is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
