Job Description

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products in the warehouse management system.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring optimal space utilization and accessibility.
• Prepare and stage materials for production and shipment according to established schedules and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, including proper handling of non-ferrous metals.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and productivity.
• Generate and maintain accurate documentation for inventory movements, shipments, and returns.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling and recording inventory.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and organize heavy materials as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Willingness to work on-site and adhere to company policies and procedures.
