Job Description

BUZJANY Construction is hiring a Project Coordinator to provide essential organizational support for our architectural and engineering teams. This role works closely with the Project Manager, the ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of construction workflows, with deep attention to detail, and proven skill in managing documentation within a fast-track projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams to compile complete tender drawing packages.
  • Prepare and coordinate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with approved drawings and scope.
  • Review and assist in the approval of the project baseline time schedule.
  • Monitor project progress against the approved baseline program and report deviations.
  • Follow up with contractors to ensure submission of updated schedules, recovery plans, and corrective actions.
  • Manage project communication, documentation, and submissions with clients, contractors, and subconsultants.
  • Prepare and assist in tender evaluation reports and follow up on missing or non-compliant tender documents.
  • Coordinate and review technical submittals in collaboration with MYA team members and subconsultants.
  • Review QS submissions, progress claims, and contractor invoices, and assist in issuing financial certificates.
  • Attend site visits for inspections, verification, and data collection.
  • Prepare project progress, coordination, and management reports.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an architectural or multidisciplinary consultancy
    (contractor-only background will not be considered).
  • Solid exposure to tendering, BOQs, and construction-stage coordination.
  • Basic to intermediate experience in project scheduling, baseline review, and progress tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
