Department: QHSE

Are you passionate about creating safe and compliant work environments? We are looking for a Safety Officer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations (including OSHA).
• Identify hazards, monitor work conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain and inspect safety equipment (PPE, first aid kits, extinguishers).
• Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Provide safety training and emergency response guidance.
• Keep accurate documentation of inspections, trainings, and reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
• OSHA (General & Construction) certification is a must.
• First Aid and Firefighting certified.
• Strong knowledge in hazard control, fire safety, and environmental safety practices.
• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in project-based environments.
