Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Giza, Egypt as an HR Coordinator! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources department. This is an excellent on-site opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Support performance management processes.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Entry Level experience.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
