Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Manage and supervise branch staff, including training, and performance evaluation.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the medical devices sector.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role (preferably in medical devices).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of the medical devices market.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
