Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Empower Sales Success: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, optimizing their efficiency and productivity.
  • Master Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain sales data, client records, and property information within our CRM systems.
  • Seamless Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, professionally handling communications and directing them appropriately.
  • Document Dynamo: Prepare, organize, and manage sales-related documents, contracts, presentations, and reports with precision.
  • Market Insight: Assist with market research and data compilation to support sales strategies and initiatives, particularly within the real estate sector.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance workflow.

Skills : 

1. Demands a blend of strong administrative prowess and a solid understanding of sales dynamics. 

2. leverage the expertise in Sales, specifically within Sales Real Estate, alongside proficiency in Administrative Support, CRM Software, and the full Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Foster an environment of open communication, mutual respect, and a shared passion for achieving sales excellence. Be a part of a culture that celebrates success and encourages continuous learning!

4. Pivotal the success by ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of sales department, directly contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least  2-7 years experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Understanding of Sales principles and practices, with a significant advantage for those experienced in Sales Real Estate.
  • Exceptional skills in Administrative Support, including advanced proficiency in Data Entry, Documentation, and maintaining organized records.
  • Proficient in using CRM Software to manage client interactions and sales data, alongside expert command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding Client Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively.
  • A keen ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies with minimal supervision
