Job Description
Protection for Contracting & Designs is seeking a highly distinguished administrative professional to join our team as the Office Manager to the General Manager. We are looking for a seasoned leader with exceptional administrative acumen and deep experience to manage the GM’s office operations with the utmost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the GM.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation for the GM’s office.
- Serve as a liaison between the GM and department heads, facilitating effective communication and follow-up on action items.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility needs to ensure a productive work environment.
Requirements
- Professional Experience a minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in office management or executive secretarial roles for top-level officials.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Previous experience within the Contracting or Construction sector is highly preferred.
- Age: Not less than 40 years old.
- Education a relevant University Degree.
- Preferably for Female candidates.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office technologies.
- Outstanding ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
