A Riyadh-based tech startup is looking for an HR & Government Relations Coordinator to handle government platforms and HR administrative tasks on a part-time, fully remote basis. The role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute and follow up on transactions via Qiwa (contracts, work permits, service transfers)
- Manage Muqeem and Absher Business transactions: residency permits, visas, exit/re-entry, final exit
- Maintain GOSI records and subscriptions for registered employees
- Track company regulatory obligations and flag upcoming deadlines
- Review basic employment contracts in line with Saudi Labor Law
- Manage and document employee leave balances
- Create employees agreement, freelance agreements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa and Muqeem — mandatory
- Familiarity with Saudi visa and residency procedures
- Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment contracts
- Able to work independently without daily supervision
- Able to create employees agreement, freelance agreements
- Comfortable working fully remote and managing tasks digitally
