Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories through direct outdoor sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales growth.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to customers in person, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year of proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
